「胖」往往與許多污名連結，被視為一種需要改變的狀態，對Amy與馬力來說，胖胖的身體曾經是個牢籠，讓她們看不見自己的價值。兩人在生命歷程中跌跌撞撞，花了許多時間才慢慢學會與自己的身體和平共處，體悟到「胖」讓她們看見不一樣的世界。
兩人在2015年底一起組成「肉彈甜心」，用幽默又有條理的風格重磅出擊，推廣「身體平權」，希望社會對身材與美麗的標準不再如此單一，可以撐開更多友善的空間。 只是，在肉彈甜心成軍的五年多來，Amy和馬力漸漸發覺彼此的個性天差地遠，肉彈甜心未來要如何發展？可以肯定的是，她們會繼續用胖嘟嘟的身體，實行這場擠壓框架的漫長革命。
“Being fat” often has negative connotations and is seen as a state that needs to be changed. For Amy and Mallie, their chubby bodies had once not only imprisoned but blinded them to their own worth. Both of them had suffered so much frustration and pain, and it had taken them so long to learn to live in harmony with their bodies. Gradually, they come to realize that “fatness” has unveiled a different world to them.
